Lilith Night is producing a number of highly interactive concert formats for our youngest listeners. Our shows present formidable women from history & today, in a unique musical experience mixed with digital media, film & theatrical elements. WONDER WOMAN UNIVERSE brings you women throughout history as you've never seen them before. Our mission is to immerse the youngest of ears in sounds by women they otherwise don't get to hear on mainstream radio or in their school curriculum, while introducing the freshest of minds to the amazing achievements of women throughout the ages. Re-establishing a balanced educational focus from an early age sets about new social conditioning, making children keenly aware of the importance women have played in history & continue to do so in our present world.

 

MOTHER NATURE MUSIC MAKERS pays homage to the mother of us all - mother earth and her natural creations. A highly interactive experience focusing on group participation & improvisation. Several pieces by women composers form the basis of the session's activities: all works dealing with our natural environment in contrasting compositional treatments. Musical elements from these pieces are selected by LILITH NIGHT musicians to form starting points for group improvisations involving all participating students. A collective sound world is developed with textural, rhythmic & melodic elements, found objects, instruments, body percussion + digital media.
