Sian Lindsay is an electroacoustic composer based on Gadigal land in Australia. She has written for many chamber groups with electronics, created installations and is active across diverse sound design projects in the Australian creative scene. Lindsay is currently completing studies at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music / University of Sydney, where she's honing her interest in modular synthesiser treatments. She has since started improvising on the modular and had her debut synth performance with Backstage Music in early 2020. As a composer / performer, Sian continues to explore an eclectic & varied electronic sound world, as well as its celestial qualities through structured improvisations in combination with acoustic instruments.
